About the Role:
As a DevOps Lead, you will own the DevOps platform, infrastructure strategy, and operational excellence across systems. You will drive architecture decisions, standardize best practices, and lead initiatives across scalability, observability, cost optimization, and automation. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, system design thinking, and leadership, enabling teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably at scale.
What You Will Do:
● Define and evolve the DevOps platform architecture to support scalable and reliable systems
● Design and standardize CI/CD and GitOps workflows for consistent and effective deployments
● Drive adoption of progressive deployment strategies (canary, rollouts, etc.) to minimize risk
● Own container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/EKS/etc) and ensure production readiness
● Establish and enhance observability practices for improved system visibility and faster debugging
● Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization
● Build and promote an automation-first approach across infrastructure and deployment workflows
● Define and enforce DevOps governance, security, and operational standards
● Own incident management and reliability improvements, including root cause analysis
● Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to align DevOps with business and scaling needs
● Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and design reviews
