The role
The BPE for Web, Consumer Data Management & DAM is responsible for process excellence, governance,



and continuous improvement across three Marketing Operations capabilities delivered out of the GBS hubs. The role bridges global process standards — set by the BPO — and day-to-day operational delivery. The BPE is the go-to expert for all process, quality, and escalation matters within these three domains.

The three capabilities within this role's scope are:
- Consumer Web Management – operational management of TMICC brand.com websites across markets via Adobe AEM SaaS, covering publishing workflows, site configuration & taxonomy, access provisioning, consent preference management, and shoppability enablement.
- Consumer Data Management (Data-Driven Marketing) – consumer data operations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, covering the full campaign lifecycle from audience segmentation and journey build through to deployment, performance reporting, and consent & preference data management.
