Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced Payroll Specialists with expertise in UK Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations for global employees. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliation, and Workday or similar HRMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end UK payroll (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly & Monthly).
- Perform payroll validation, Gross-to-Net calculations, reconciliation, and audits.
- Handle arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, statutory payments, overtime, and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data privacy standards.
- Resolve payroll queries while meeting SLA and quality standards.
- Support payroll reporting, year-end activities, and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of UK Payroll experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday (preferred), SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and payroll calculations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible to work in 24Ã7 rotational shifts.
