Key Responsibilities:
1.Formulation Development Support:
1.Assist in the formulation development of injectable products, including solutions, suspensions, and lyophilized formulations.
2.Conduct formulation optimization studies, compatibility studies, and stability testing under the guidance of senior scientists.
3.Perform characterization studies and analytical testing to evaluate the quality and performance of injectable formulations.
2.Technology Transfer Support:
1.Support the transfer of injectable formulations from development to commercial manufacturing facilities.
2.Prepare and review documentation, including transfer protocols, reports, and batch records, to support technology transfer activities.
3.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and deviations during technology transfer activities.
3.Process Optimization:
1.Support process optimization studies and scale-up activities for injectable formulations.
2.Assist in the development of robust and scalable manufacturing processes for injectable products.




3.Conduct studies to optimize process parameters and improve product quality, yield, and efficiency.
4.Documentation and Compliance:
1.Ensure that all formulation and development activities are documented in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
2.Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations in laboratory notebooks and reports.
3.Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and other regulatory requirements throughout the formulation and development process.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with a focus on injectable dosage forms.
•Solid understanding of pharmaceutical formulation principles and techniques, particularly for injectable products.
•Familiarity with technology transfer processes and documentation requirements.
