KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* *Shopify Platform Governance:* Owning end-to-end administration of the core Shopify ecosystem, managing storefront layout deployments, app integrations, checkout configurations, and inventory readiness.

* *Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):* Analyzing on-site user behavior matrices and web drop-off points to design, test, and implement structural enhancements that scale absolute conversion velocities.

* *Digital Merchandising & Revenue Bundling:* Strategizing and executing high-yield product bundle architectures, multi-tier discount configurations, and automated cross-sell/up-sell triggers to maximize average order value (AOV).

* *Subscription Model Engineering:* Building, scaling, and tracking recurring subscription models to drive customer retention pipelines and secure predictable baseline revenue loops.

* *User Experience (UX) Architecture:* Auditing desktop and mobile store layouts to streamline navigation paths, remove conversion friction, and deliver a premium, zero-lag digital shopping journey.





* *Data-Driven Performance Tracking:* Monitoring key e-commerce telemetry—including cart abandonment rates, session depths, product clicks, and retention cohorts—translating raw analytics into weekly growth initiatives.

Requirements

* *Experience Base:* Progressive, hands-on skilled success managing and scaling a live digital storefront, with specific experience operating inside consumer internet, D2C retail, or digital food/lifestyle brands.

* *Technical Mastery:* Authoritative, direct operational fluency with the *Shopify ecosystem*, including familiarity with Shopify apps, theme customizations, inventory workflows, and tracking pixel integrations.
