- Supervision work on a TBM mechanical workmen in mining, ring building, pipe extension, cutter head intervention works.
- Supervision of cutter repair workshop.
- Supervision of welding, cutting, grinding works for TBM and repair works carried out in mechanical workshop.
- Maintain site records of cutter head intervention, refurbishment, repairs etc.
- Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
- Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
- Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments, various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
