The Digital Platform Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for digital client platforms, with a focus on those hosted on Azure Platform and windows platform. This includes troubleshooting issues, identifying, and fixing defects, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance. Digital Platform Support Engineer will work closely with other members of the product development teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure that applications are running smoothly and meeting the needs of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for a range of applications hosted on Azure, Data center including diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues, identifying, and fixing defects, and implementing enhancements
- Assisting with the deployment and testing of recent components and updates to the digital client platform
