Senior HR Business Partner(HRBP) - Hyderabad, India

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role is a critical leadership position, seated in Koantek Hyderabad office, responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, reporting into General Manager - HR India. The Sr. HRBP will be the primary people partner for our leadership team and employees in India, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to all local labor laws and compliance requirements. The Koantek Hyderabad Office Operations Administrator will report into this Sr HRBP role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to local leadership and management teams on all people-related matters, including performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Translate business needs into practical HR solutions and initiatives that support the company's growth and cultural goals in India.




- Drive and support annual HR processes, including performance reviews, salary planning, and workforce planning.

Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing transparent guidance and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and local labor laws.
- Ensure full compliance with all Indian statutory and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, the Factories Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and PF/ESI regulations.
- Oversee and manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and grievance procedures in line with best practices and legal standards.

Talent Management & Development
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to support local recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the Hyderabad market.
