Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting.
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules.
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with CMDB and ServiceNow data modelLocation :
