Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s end-to-end digital presence, including website ownership, social media strategy, integrated digital campaigns, and marketing technology enablement at a global level. This role requires a forward-thinking, technology-driven marketer who leverages modern marketing platforms, AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, and performance marketing frameworks to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not a traditional SEO-centric role; the emphasis is on digital experience, engagement, campaign performance, and technology-enabled growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously enhance the corporate website strategy, performance, user experience, and content architecture
• Manage landing pages and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion outcomes




• Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement
• Drive content calendars aligned with business and commercial priorities
• Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to optimize digital content and campaign performance
• Conduct ongoing market, industry, and competitive research to inform digital strategy and positioning
• Identify and implement up-to-date marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation integrations
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
• Plan and manage digital webinars and virtual events, ensuring effective lead capture and handover to sales
• Develop and publish thought leadership content such as white papers, insights, and industry perspectives
