Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead and drive sales performance in our Banca division. As the Unit Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, managing relationships with zonal offices, and developing a high-performing sales team. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the overall success of our Bancassurance department.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage sales activities for the Banca division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the zonal office to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering a positive brand image.




- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
