- Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize product backlog using data-driven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or value vs. effort analysis.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive execution.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to guide iterative improvements.
- Manage product launches from concept to post-launch evaluation, ensuring smooth go-to-market execution.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and user behavior to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.





Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in product management within a technology-driven organization.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle in agile or lean environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), API integrations, and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product releases in quick-paced settings.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing.
