Role Overview





The IT Support Engineer will deliver high-quality end-user support while administering core Microsoft 365 and contemporary workplace technologies. This role combines frontline technical support with hands-on administration across platforms such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and endpoint security solutions.

You will collaborate with senior engineers on security operations, automation initiatives, and platform improvements, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End User Support & IT Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, including hardware, software, and SaaS applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 11 laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage the complete ticket lifecycle through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
