You will lead Payments Analytics for Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCD), driving end-to-end analytics across payments acquisition, transaction growth, customer engagement, and monetization. This role will focus on scaling digital payments adoption, improving customer retention, and optimizing transaction journeys through data-driven insights and AI-led decision-making.
This is a leadership role requiring robust hands-on expertise in analytics/data science, along with a solid understanding of digital payments ecosystems and the ability to influence stakeholders and build a high-performing team.

• Focused on leveraging data, analytics, and technology to build a scalable digital ecosystem
About the Role: Payments Analytics & Data Science
We are looking for a senior analytics leader with strong experience in digital payments (UPI, wallets, cards, bill payments, merchant ecosystems) who can drive growth and engagement through data-led strategies.
You will help ABCD unlock value in payments by:
• Driving user acquisition and activation of payments users
• Increasing transaction frequency and merchant adoption
• Improving retention, stickiness, and share of wal
