We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across websites and applications. Leveraging your expertise in user research, information architecture, and user journey mapping, you will translate business requirements and user needs into compelling, accessible designs. Your ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma will guide the development process and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. With robust stakeholder management and communication skills, you will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to deliver seamless, high-impact solutions that drive user satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide product strategy
- Design and prototype user flows using Figma to ensure usability and accessibility
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that align with business goals
- Collaborate with product teams, BAs, and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
- Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance on Figma best practices and design systems
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the design team, effectively communicating design rationale and progress
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Proficiency in Figma with demonstrated technical expertise in design system creation and collaboration
- Strong understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
- Experience working in agile environm
