We’re not building another generic marketing tool. We’re going deep on one vertical, and it’s
working. With 1,000+ clients and $10M+ in revenue generated for our customers, we’re now ready
to go bigger and that means building a serious sales function.

The Opportunity

This is a rare one. You’re not walking into a structured sales org with a pre-built playbook and a
team of 40. You’re joining early, with a real mandate to shape how ZocaAI sells in the US market
and beyond.
Ashish,our founder, is handing you the keys, strategy, hiring, process, targets. You’ll be the person
who decides what “positive sales” looks like at ZOCA, then builds the team and systems to make it
repeatable.




If you’ve been the second-in-command in a sales org waiting for your shot, or a
founder-turned-sales-leader who wants to do it again at a well-backed company this is probably the
role you’ve been looking for.

What You’ll Own

Revenue & Pipeline
• Own the revenue number ARR targets, pipeline health, conversion rates, the whole picture
• Build and manage a healthy outbound + inbound pipeline across mid-market and enterprise
beauty & wellness businesses in the US
• Work closely with marketing and product to sharpen our ICP and messaging as we scale
• Negotiate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

GTM Strategy
• Define ZOCA’s sales motion for the US market what channels, what segments, what velocity
• Build the sales playbook from scratch: discovery frameworks, objection handling, deal stages,
forecasting
• Identify partnership and channel opportunities that can accelerate growth without proportional
headcount

Team Building
• Hire and develop the firs
