OBJECTIVE:
To supervise the operation of assigned restaurants by implementing strategies and services which meet the needs of guests. Performs planning and organization functions for the outlet, responds quickly and accurately to guest requests.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Assist Restaurant in managing food and beverage outlets.
- Set-up and/or closures of restaurant and lounge areas in accordance with brand standards, meet and greet clients.
- Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
- Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
- Oversees the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet; coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniques.
- Inspects assigned restaurants and on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meets or exceeds hotel standards at all times.
- Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, outlet and storage areas.




- Responsible for the proper usage and valuable working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the outlet.
- Assists Menus-suggest, review, and approve changes, set pricing
- To assist in planning, conducting food festivals and promotions to up sell the slow moving and non-moving items.
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the restaurant operations.
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest needs are met.
- Provide unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & group experience.
- Should possess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
- Guide the outlet team in set up of tables and place settings.
- Resolve staff and guest concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Co-ordinate with the Kitchen and housekeeping department.
- Should be able to work under pressure and also work in long or break shifts.
