The role
As the Manager Credit Management,



you will serve as a key decision-making contributor within the Credit Risk Management Process, responsible for executing credit evaluations, risk assessments, and approval processes in line with established policies and governance.
You will ensure that credit decisions are analytically robust, commercially balanced, and compliant, supporting sustainable business growth while minimizing financial exposure.
Working closely with country business teams and 3PSPs, you will bring together financial analysis, market insights, and risk frameworks to recommend credit limits and terms, monitor exposure, and proactively identify risk.
This role acts as a critical link between business growth and financial control, ensuring that credit risk is managed effectively without compromising customer relationships or market competitiveness.
