Job Purpose
Responsible for end to end project operations for project site from planning to site activities to facilities management ensuring timely project completion, quality adherence, zero loss time injury/ accident, cost savings, profitability through process and value engineering initiatives.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
1.
Support the zonal projects head with cascading of departmental goals till the site team level for its project site.
2.
Execute operational plan chalked out by zonal project head and provide support in establishing site team structure, resource management, etc. that assures profitability through timely completion of projects, cost effectiveness and effective handling of contingencies at the project site
3.
Ensure the planning and budgeting activities (outsourced) for its project site in consultation with external vendors are executed
4.
Study the drawings,
interact with & provide practical expertise on design drawings generated by Architecture department before the start of the construction phase and guide the site team in case of issues
5.
Coordinate & follow up with the Land Acquisition & Liasioning department for necessary approvals which may impede the progress of the project
6.
Plan for daily activities based on the master plan for the next day to ensure the work is on track and as per the schedule.
7.
Ensure the execution of site construction activities- excavation, foundation, structuring, brickwork, plastering, kitchen works, mechanical, plumbing, flooring, etc. – for the project site, is as per the plan and budget. Ensure the plan is reviewed and changed, if required
8.
Handle all the escalated matters of the contractors to ensure smooth project site operations
9.
Ensure optimum inventory management of stores at project site in consultation with Stores teams through timely indents for material thereby maintaining minimum inventory days and minimum storage cost
10.
Ensure completion of post construction
