Role overview:
Design plays a critical role at Flagright, shaping how complex compliance concepts are understood and how the product is experienced across marketing and sales.
This is a hands-on design role focused on marketing and sales, where the goal is to translate product, content, and data into explicit, high-quality, conversion-focused visuals. The role requires strong ownership, independent thinking, and the ability to understand context quickly while delivering work that aligns with the existing visual style.
You'll do well in this role if you:

- Demonstrate strong fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color
- Maintain and extend the existing design style consistently across all formats
