About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Intern or LLB Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the Legal & Compliance function of an NBFC. The intern will work closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Management teams to support regulatory, secretarial, and legal activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and NBFC guidelines.
- Support ROC filings, MCA compliance, and secretarial documentation.
- Assist in preparing Board Meeting and Committee Meeting documents, agendas, and minutes.
- Draft and review basic legal agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Track regulatory updates and assist in implementing compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related documentation.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports and maintaining documentation.
- Support legal research on corporate laws, RBI regulations, and other applicable statutes.
Eligibility
- Pursuing Company Secretary (CS) (Executive/Professional) or
- Pursuing LLB (Final Year preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Robust interest in Legal, Compliance, Corporate Law, and NBFC regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Understanding of RBI and NBFC regulations (preferred).
- Familiarity with MCA portal and ROC filings is an advantage.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
