Qualifications & Requirements :
- Master’s Degree in related field, or 10+ years’ equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain transformation, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting, downstream supply chain, order processing etc..
- Engineering-To-Order Business model Understanding: Ability to translate customer business requirements in Supply Chain solutions (Solutions design)
- Prior experiences leading and managing Supply Chain within an Engineering to Order, Customer Project, Systems and/or services environments
- Global experience or prior experiences leading geographically dispersed organization
- Robust leadership skills and team building skills with strong ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and deliver through others
- Prior experience leading large transformation programs preferred
- Experience with Sales and tendering is an advantage
- Travel expectations : 50%+
- Critical and strategic thinking




- Great complex problem solving and Result oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and in remote networks
