We are seeking a agile and people-centric HR Business
Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving people initiatives
and fostering a high-performance work culture. The HRBP will act as a trusted
partner to employees and managers, managing the employee lifecycle while
ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering
- Partner
with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR
solutions aligned with business goals.
- Build
strong relationships with managers and employees to enhance engagement and
productivity.
- Provide
guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage
end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding,
confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Conduct
regular employee connect sessions and stay interviews to improve
engagement and retention.
- Support
induction and integration of new employees into the organization.

Performance Management
- Drive
the performance management process,



including goal setting, performance
reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
- Support
managers in addressing performance concerns and creating performance
improvement plans where required.

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan
and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs,
wellness activities, and team-building events.
- Promote
company culture, values, and a positive employee experience.
- Analyze
employee feedback and recommend improvement initiatives.

Talent Management
- Partner
with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring, workforce planning,
and onboarding.
- Identify
training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support
succession planning and internal talent development programs.

Employee Relations
- Address
employee concerns professionally and confidentially.

conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line w
