We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Business Unit Head to lead and manage complete operations of a Home Textile Manufacturing division. The role involves overseeing production, sales, supply chain, finance performance, and overall P&L; responsibility to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in home textiles (bedsheets, towels, curtains, upholstery, etc.) and a proven track record in scaling business operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business operations of the Home Textile unit
- Drive revenue growth, profitability & market expansion
- Handle full P&L; responsibility
- Oversee production planning & manufacturing efficiency
- Manage domestic & export sales strategies
- Ensure quality standards and compliance
- Optimize supply chain & cost control measures
- Lead cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Finance, HR)
- Develop long-term business strategies and expansion plans
- Strengthen key client & distributor relationships
