As a Mainframe Developer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software engineering within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on software and product innovation. You will engage directly with clients, leveraging your skills to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that address complex challenges. As a Senior Associate,
you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards.
