Job Summary
The Soft Services Facility Executive is responsible for ensuring a clean, protected, hygienic, and well-maintained workplace by managing housekeeping, pantry, pest control, landscaping (where applicable), waste management, and other soft service operations. The role requires close coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders, and service partners to deliver an exceptional employee and visitor experience while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Soft Services Operations
Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across office spaces, meeting rooms, cafeterias, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained through regular inspections and audits.
Monitor pantry services to ensure timely replenishment of consumables and adherence to hygiene standards.
Supervise waste segregation and disposal in accordance with sustainability and local regulatory requirements.
Coordinate pest control activities and maintain preventive schedules.
Ensure availability of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, and consumables.
Vendor Management
Supervise housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and waste management service providers.
Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct regular review meetings and ensure timely closure of service gaps.
Verify attendance, grooming, training, and deployment
