Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement commodity strategies for plastics, polymers, and hoses, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term sourcing plans.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with suppliers to optimize performance across cost, quality, delivery, and lead-time metrics.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead corrective actions to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Identify and onboard alternative suppliers to reduce supply risks and ensure business continuity.
- Lead supplier qualification activities, including technical capability assessments and compliance with international standards and organizational requirements.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, establishing sustainable and mutually beneficial supplier partnerships.
