Senior Engineer - HPE SAP Delivery

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

What you'll do:
- Provide technical support for HPE Solutions for SAP HANA deployments across the world, with focus on AMS region.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking,



virtualization and operating system.
- Drive timely resolution of support cases in alignment with SLAs.
- Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure Customer Success.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
- Must be comfortable working in AMS time zone on a regular basis and provide standby support on alternate weekends of each month.

Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- 6 to 10 years of experience supporting HPE compute / storage products.
- Advanced Linux skills is must.
- Strong troubleshooting in compute, storage, networking, and Linux.
