Description
As a Relationship Manager-Agency, you will play a crucial role in expanding our agency network and driving business growth. Your primary objective is to identify and recruit high-potential agents and brokers, focusing on non-motor and health insurance segments. You will be responsible for activating and training these agents, ensuring they meet our benchmarks and contribute to our overall business targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit quality agents and brokers with high business potential.
- Focus on recruiting agents for non-motor and health insurance lines of business.
- Activate and train recruited agents to meet performance benchmarks.
- Engage in regular meetings and interactions with agents, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of agent interactions and training sessions.
- Achieve assigned performance management system (PMS) targets through intermediary relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and retention.
- Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for current agents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our agency network's competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, especially non-motor and health insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Ability to train and motivate a diverse network of agents.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility to travel for agent meetings and recruitment events.
- Valid driving license and willingness to commute as required.
