The role
This role leads and supports global implementations of absence management and time & attendance solutions,



ensuring successful delivery from design through rollout and stabilization. The position works closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors, applying structured project and PMO practices to deliver standardised, scalable, and efficient global solutions while supporting operational readiness and compliance.

What you'll be responsible for
Global Implementation (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of absence management and time tracking solutions across multiple countries
- Own project planning, coordination, and execution, including roadmap, milestones, and timelines
- Support end‑to‑end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Act as a core liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, business stakeholders, GPOs and vendors
- Drive alignment between global template design while coordinating local/country requirements and regulato
