WHO YOU ARE :
This role will drive high performance quality deliverables ensuring the desired level of productivity, Transactional Quality and Coaching skills. Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied to while servicing the requirements. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of around 20-25 individuals working on high-level of case processing. Also,
you’ll be ensuring that everything is in accordance with the SOP/Procedures defined by the client as well as documenting and share findings with operations to initiate corrective measures and actively participate in optimizing audit framework engagements.
