Role Title : Manager, Batch and Middleware - APAC/EMEA/Americas
Role Purpose :
The Manager, Batch and Middleware is responsible for leading
and managing the organization's batch processing and
middleware infrastructure across global operations. This role
ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise
batch scheduling systems (Control-M, Zena), application
integration platforms, and middleware technologies that support
critical business applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori,
SAP GRC, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise systems.
The position requires solid technical expertise combined with
leadership capabilities to manage a team of specialists whilst
maintaining strategic alignment with enterprise architecture and
business objectives. Deep understanding of ERP batch
processing, SAP middleware integration, and enterprise
scheduling is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Planning:
● Lead modernisation initiatives to migrate legacy batch processes to contemporary
platforms and cloud-based solutions
● Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ensuring batch and middleware
infrastructure readiness
● Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend investments in middleware and integration technologies
● Establish and maintain architectural standards and best practices for batch and middleware environments, particularly for SAP and PeopleSoft landscapes
● Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with overall technology direction
● Drive integration strategy for SAP Fiori applications and backend systems
Operational Management:
● Oversee daily operations of enterprise batch scheduling systems including
Control-M and Zena across global regions
