Job Description
As a SAP Fiori/UI5 & BTP Developer, you take ownership of cloud extensions end to end, from data model to user interface, and act as a technical reference able to support both UI and BTP workstreams.
You will:
- Design and build full-stack BTP extensions, from CAP / Node.js services to SAP Fiori / UI5 interfaces
- Model data with CDS (associations, annotations, calculations) and expose OData services through CAP
- Develop Fiori Elements and freestyle UI5 applications aligned with Fiori design guidelines
- Deploy, monitor and manage applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry
- Implement authentication and authorization with XSUAA, Role Collections and Identity Authentication Service (IAS)
- Build side-by-side extensions using the SAP BTP Extensibility Suite
- Work with SAP HANA Cloud (HDI containers, SQLScript) for persistence and data logic
- Integrate with SAP S/4HANA extension points
- Implement unit and integration testing for Node.js and UI5 applications
- Version and collaborate with Git, and contribute to CI/CD delivery
- Work in an Agile / Scrum delivery model, articulating technical choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders
