Description
Lead Solutions Architect would lead the end-to-end architecture, design governance, and technical transition of MVP applications into secure, scalable, production-grade enterprise solutions. The role would drive architecture decisions across applications, integrations, platform services, security, and deployment patterns to enable a robust multi-tenant SaaS operating model. The architect would ensure the solution aligns with enterprise standards for scalability, resilience, security, performance, observability, and maintainability across Azure-based environments and coordinated delivery with partner engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy & Solution Design
• Lead end-to-end architecture design across application, platform, integration, and security domains.
• Define and govern target-state architecture for production-grade SaaS platforms.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and reusable design patterns.
• Review and approve key technical designs, integration patterns, data flows, and deployment strategies.
Application Modernization & SaaS Enablement
• Drive transformation of MVP / prototype applications into production-ready platforms.
• Define architecture for multi-tenant SaaS deployment, tenant isolation, configuration strategies, and shared services.
• Guide database evolution, caching, API design, platform services, and system decomposition.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize architectural runway and reduce technical debt.
Cloud, Integration & Security Architecture
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure, with awareness of equivalent patterns in AWS where required.
• Define secure integration approaches including APIs, identity federation, secrets management, and network controls.
• Ensure security-by-design across application architecture, cloud services, data access, and DevOps pipelines.
• Support API gateway, observability, and reliability architecture decisions.
