Potentiam is looking for a TA Intern / Recruiter Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The role is responsible for supporting candidate sourcing, profile screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, reporting, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

• Help screen profiles and identify suitable candidates based on hiring requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support the team in managing hiring trackers, recruitment reports, and documentation.

• Assist in gathering market insights and talent availability information.

• Ensure recruitment activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.





Skills & Abilities

• Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

• Exposure to Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is desirable.

• Willingness to learn interview coordination and recruitment management tools.

• Interest in AI-enabled sourcing tools and contemporary recruitment practices.

• Ability to follow processes, maintain documentation, and adhere to compliance standards.
