Role Summary:

Global Wave Dynamics is hiring an Assistant Manager –
Lead Generation to drive high-intent pipeline creation across inbound and outbound channels, with a strong focus on MQL (75%) and SQL
(25%) contribution.
This is a revenue-aligned role, responsible for building a predictable,
high-quality pipeline through structured campaigns, targeted
outreach, and optimized lead funnels.
The role works in close alignment with the VP – Business Development, translating strategic direction into execution across campaigns and targeting and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation
Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
- Own and drive lead
generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
- Deliver MQL (75%) and
SQL (25%) targets aligned with business goals
- Design and
manage lead funnels to ensure quality, conversion, and pipeline flow
- Collaborate with
Business Development to ensure effective MQL â SQL transition

2. Email Campaign
Execution & Optimization
- Manage the complete
lifecycle of email campaigns — planning,



execution, and
performance tracking
- Design multi-touch
campaign journeys across target segments
- Monitor and
improve engagement and conversion metrics (open rate, CTR, SQL
contribution)
- Implement campaign
refinements based on performance insights

3. Targeting, Segmentation
& Market Intelligence
- Build and refine target
account lists based on buying intent signals
- Develop segmented
outreach strategies aligned with ICP and service offerings
- Leverage tools
like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and GA4 for
precision targeting
- Track industry
trends, competitor positioning, and high-performing CTAs

4. SEO & Digital
Channel Oversight (Supervisory Role)
- Oversee team
managing SEO and digital channels (no direct
execution ownership)
- Ensure inbound
channels contribute to qualified lead generation
- Monitor organic
performance and conversion trends
- Align digital
efforts with pipeli
