The Role
We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join our team within the Data Architecture & Engineering practice.
You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team - translating healthcare payer business requirements into transparent, actionable technical specifications that data engineers can build against.
This role is deeply embedded in the delivery process. You will work across edits development, contract configuration, fee schedule ingestion, and reporting workstreams to define requirements, document acceptance criteria, validate output, and ensure that what gets built matches what the business needs. You are not writing code, but you need to understand how data pipelines, Snowflake, and healthcare claims data work well enough to have credible technical conversations with engineers.
Work You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from US-based consulting teams, project managers, and client delivery leads for workstreams including edits development, contract configuration, and fee schedule automation
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance
