Job Description: Sr. Engineer (M10)-Mechanical
About to the role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for both pre/post orders in Design & Development of projects, executing and leading the full design process from idealization to production. You will draw recent Concept designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our design department procedures & standards.
EXP. REQUIRED ON: AUTOMATION PROJECTS LIKE CONVEYOR SYSTEM, OVENS, WASHING TUNNEL, WAREHOUSE AUTOMATION(ASRS) , ROBOTIC & GANTRY APPLICATIONS(SERVO,LM,BALL SCREW, PNEUMATIC,HYDRAULIC),& ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS.

Candidate requirement (Job related expectation)
- Study of customer specifications & inputs
- Design& development of Automation projects according to the orders by using 3D- SOLID WORK
- Checking the feasibility of parts & Assemblies
- Preparing BOM/Drawings for production




- Knowledge on selection of Gear box &motor;, bearings, all mechanical elements as per design standards.
- Preparing BOM for costing
- Releasing production drawings to shop floor and supporting CFT.
- Develop prototypes and validation against spec.
- Working with suppliers & Preparing specifications for Bought out items.
- Ability to Conduct meeting with customers / clients independently.
- Awareness in GD & T
- Good communication skill & Quick learner

Academic Requirements
- B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- For diploma at least 5 years’ experience in same domine for degree at least 3 years of experience

Software proficiency
- Auto Cad & Solid Works – Complete working knowledge, MS Office – Good in Excel / Word / PPT
