About this prospect:

At Ericsson, we are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to drive short- and long-term demand/Forecast and supply planning. The role focuses on optimizing supply plans, supporting strategic and tactical decisions, and ensuring delivery precision, cost efficiency, .You will manage S&OE; execution, address supply gaps within a 0–3-month horizon, collaborate closely with CU and inbound supply teams, and ensure predictable deliveries through lead time management, customer order commitments, and supply escalations.

What you will do:
- Own end-to-end outbound supply planning processes for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with demand, order request and supply commitment, and logistics plans.​
- Monitor daily and weekly outbound supply performance, including delivery accuracy, lead time adherence, backlogs, and order fulfillment status.​
- Perform deep-dive analysis on deviations and chronic issues; identify root causes across demand, supply, logistics, and data quality.​




- Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. CU ASR, Inbound Supply, demand planning, logistics, customer service, etc.).​
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in outbound supply and propose mitigation plans or optimization actions.​
- Support S&OE; / supply review meetings with structured analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.​
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. process automation, parameter optimization, reporting enhancements) based on data-driven insights.​
- Contribute to transformation and digitalization initiatives related to planning tools, reporting, and analytics.​
- Act as a subject matter expert for outbound planning KPIs, definitions, and measurement methodologies.​
