Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and oversee cloud, network, security, application, and database infrastructure with robust
compliance focus.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and IFSCA mandates, including
vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and disaster recovery.
- Drive secure software development practices: threat modeling, code reviews, automated testing, and third
party dependency checks.
- Ensure continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection for audits—system logs, access controls,
change management, and vendor certification.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to embed IT controls in policies and frameworks, supporting
anti-money laundering, KYC, transaction monitoring and client data protection.
- Lead vendor management, infrastructure scalability, and business continuity planning for critical
fin-tech/IFSC systems.




- Mentor and build a high-performing IT team capable of managing complex regulated fin-tech environments.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Total 7-9 years’ experience, out of which 2-3 years in managing IT infrastructure and dev teams;
- Prior exposure to management of global software licenses is preferred
- Prior exposure to on-premises hosting as well as hosting cloud and is preferred.

Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container orchestration, and microservices
architecture.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001 regulations.
- Skilled in secure SDLC, DevSecOps, and IT compliance documentation.
- Experience with regulatory audit readiness, incident management, and vendor risk assessments.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
