What You’ll Do
- Provide global product support for Volante customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues through research, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Manage incident and request handling via ticketing systems, meeting SLAs for response and resolution times while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Collaborate with Level 2/3 support and development teams to resolve complex issues, remove blockers, and deliver exemplary support aligned with Volante’s brand.
- Lead and mentor support engineers, including hiring, training, and conducting weekly meetings to improve technical knowledge and process adherence.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and web meetings, ensuring clear updates and positive customer experiences.
- Monitor and improve support operations by running reports, analyzing ticket trends, and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Support leadership initiatives and provide after-hours/on-call support as needed, while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What You Bring

- Expertise knowledge in Java Application Development and Deployment
- Hands on experience in working on webservers like Tomcat, Apache etc
- Knowledge of MQ (ActiveMQ / IBM MQ) and relational databases
