ROLE SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager – Upcountry Business (Punjab and J&K; Territory) will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening market positioning,
and expanding patient outreach across the assigned upcountry region. The role involves close collaboration with clinicians, internal teams, and external stakeholders to enhance patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This position reports directly to the Upcountry Head.
ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive overall business growth and positioning in the Agra territory and surrounding upcountry markets.
- Work closely with clinicians and Sales & Marketing teams for effective planning and execution of growth strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to address market challenges.
- Maintain MIS reports, analyze market data, and ensure alignment with industry benchmarks.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations including OPD coordination, patient footfall enhancement, and on-ground activations.
- Gather market intelligence including tariff structures of private hospitals/nursing homes (procedures, diagnostics, room rent, etc.).
