Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with clients, primarily in the Banca sector. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Bancassurance team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Banca market.
- Develop and present tailored insurance solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to align strategies, share market insights, and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to offer competitive solutions.




- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth client journey.

Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in General Insurance (GI) and Banca is mandatory.
- A proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly in the Banca sector.
