Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through OEM partnerships across the assigned locations and Increase market share by expanding sales of insurance product to OEM customers, focusing on both new business and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure that the business generated through OEM channels is profitable by managing cost-to-revenue ratios and focusing on high-margin products
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key OEM stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships
- Drive customer acquisition through OEM partners and ensure high customer retention by providing insurance solutions that meet customer needs, especially through seamless integration with OEM services and Work closely with OEM partners to ensure insurance products are integrated effectively into their sales processes, ensuring a positive experience for end customers
- Collect feedback from OEM partners and end customers to improve the product offerings, customer service,



and overall engagement and Implement strategies to improve policy renewal rates through OEM channels by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Optimize and streamline sales processes with OEM partners, from lead generation to policy issuance and claims processing, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all insurance sales processes comply with regulatory requirements, underwriting standards, and company policies
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of OEM sales, providing regular updates to senior management on KPIs and Provide training, tools, and support to OEM sales teams to help them effectively sell insurance products and increase their conversion rates
- Collect feedback from OEM partners and end customers to improve the product offerings, customer service, and overall engagement.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree: UG/PG/3 Years Diploma
