Description
- The BDM – LAP is responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing.
- The role requires full ownership of the file journey from lead generation to disbursement and customer service while ensuring profitable and compliant business growth.

Responsibilities
- Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels.
- Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan.
- Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive cross-sell of insurance and liability products (SA/CA/TD).
- Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies and timely closure of PDDs
- Provide regular MIS and performance updates to reporting manager.

Qualifications

MBA/ Graduate
Min Exp: 7 years
Max Exp: 9 years
