Summary: The Software Engineer designs, develops, writes, modifies and implements software solutions consisting of applications and/or components. Maintains accurate documentation of solutions provided.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES




- Develop and/or provide software solutions to the business in accordance with established specifications, and considerate of IT priorities, follow a process similar to the following;
- Participate in requirements gathering
- Analyze technical requirements and help determine feasibility
- Work with Business Analysts, Project managers, Stakeholders, and other team members to design and recommend solutions
- Follow work instructions, procedures and established standards in coding and delivering the identified solution on time and on budget
- Document and test the delivered solution, and assist with end user training as required
- Maintain the delivered solution per business requirements
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
- Provide hardware and/or sof
