Role: Pot Controller Incharge

Educational Qualification: BE / BTech Electrical (Regular)

Number of years of relevant experience required – > 10 to 12 Years

Present Location required :



Jharsuguda, Orissa.

Requirements:
- Having experience in heavy industry like Steel, Aluminium and cement.
- Electrical Maintenance Of PTM,EOT Cranes. Drawing study, instruments, LT MCC
- Preferred : Basic PLC programming, Drives, Devicenet network trouble shooting.
- Cost and Inventory Control Experience
- Experience in ensuring EHS requirements for the area under supervision.

Accountabilities :
- Experience in leading & engaging team in achieving KPI’s
- Managing preventive and shift activities to ensure equipment availability and meet safety &environmental; standards.
- Routine auditing and rectification. Preventive maintenance schedule compliance and effectiveness monitoring. Breakdown trouble shooting with improved MTTR/MTBF. Manpower engagement and skill improvement.
- Ensure optimum use of consumables in Shifts.
- Zero wastage of resources.
- Ensure safe working conditions for equipment
