Role Overview
The Product Marketing Assistant Manager is a senior individual-contributor role with emerging team leadership responsibility.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for Neolytix's Healthcare SaaS product portfolio — owning end-to-end product marketing execution while progressively taking accountability for mentoring junior marketers, defining team workflows, and influencing the broader marketing roadmap.
You will work in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to sharpen positioning, drive pipeline, and build Neolytix's reputation as the definitive operational partner for mid-market US healthcare providers. This role is designed as a bridge between seasoned execution and strategic ownership — the expectation is that you lead from the front, set the quality bar for the team's output, and proactively identify gaps without waiting to be directed.
