Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM C4C Consultant to support business process design, SAP CRM implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a process expert, working closely with Product Owners, CRM Capability Experts, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP C4C adoption across regions.

The role requires solid expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud modules, end-user support, training delivery, testing activities, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a process subject matter expert (SME) for SAP CRM C4C, supporting process template design and SAP project execution.

Collaborate with Product Owners, CRM Capability Experts, and SAP C4C teams to support business requirements and solution improvements.

Provide functional support for SAP C4C Sales and Service modules to global end users across countries and regions.

Analyze business processes and work with different departments to support SAP Sales and Service Cloud implementation activities.

Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

Support configuration improvements, issue resolution, and continuous enhancement of SAP CRM processes.

Create, maintain, and improve SAP C4C training materials, process documents, and user guides.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer programs for SAP C4C end users.

Support various testing activities including:

User Department Testing

Collaborate with technical teams during implementation of enhancements, technical requirements, and bug fixes.
