Your team

IG operates across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes, requiring robust regulatory compliance and risk management processes. The KYC (Know Your Customer) Client Onboarding team plays a critical role in ensuring that all client relationships are established in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Your role in the Team's Success





The purpose of this role is to manage KYC Operations in APAC region and Lead the KYC Teams in Bangalore. Additionally, the job holder will be expected to drive improvements in KYC onboarding process to support the company in achieving its strategic objectives. The jobholder will have experience of working within the financial regulatory landscape and will involve working alongside the Head of KYC and Client Onboarding Solution, the business lines and compliance in order to provide the best service to our clients.

What you'll do
- - Develop and manage Teams responsible for accurate and timely delivery of KYC services
- - Ensure KYC KPIs and SLAs are adhered to, including improving the time taken to respond to applicant submissions
- - Working with business teams across APAC region to improve our application to account openining time and conversion rate
- - Oversee KYC operations and ensure compliance with local require
